Return and Refund Policy
Returns
The buyer has 30 calendar days to return an item from the date received.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
Item must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase from DrMarkShannan.com. Purchases made elsewhere must be returned to original purchase outlet.
Refunds
Once the item is received, it will inspected and buyer will be notified of item reception. Buyer will be notified of the status of refund after item inspection.
If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to buyer's credit card (or original method of payment). Actual timeframe for reception of return credit will depend upon buyer's card issuer's policies.
Shipping
Buyer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returned item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from all refunds.
